What happens when you decide to go ahead.
1. A written proposal first
Before any payment you receive a written proposal with the fixed scope, price, timeline, payment milestones and what is excluded.
2. A deposit starts the work
Your project is scheduled once the agreed deposit is received. The balance is paid at the milestones set out in your proposal.
3. Clear timing
A typical business website takes 2–4 weeks once scope and content are agreed. We tell you on day one exactly which logo, photos and text we need from you.
4. You own it
Domain, hosting and website accounts stay in your business name. Monthly care is optional, from KES 5,000 a month; hosting and domain costs are listed as a first-year total in your proposal.
