Business email security: SPF, DKIM and DMARC
If your quotes and invoices land in spam, or someone can send email that looks like it came from you, your domain is missing basic email authentication. We set it up and prove it works.
Short answer: Webmetro configures SPF, DKIM and DMARC for your business domain so receiving servers can verify your email, which improves delivery and blocks people from impersonating your company. We test with real messages, start DMARC in monitoring mode and tighten it once your legitimate senders pass. The price is confirmed after a free 15-minute review of your domain.

What we set up
- SPF: lists the servers allowed to send email for your domain
- DKIM: signs your messages so they cannot be altered in transit
- DMARC: tells receivers what to do with email that fails, and sends you reports
- A check of every service that sends email for you (website forms, invoicing, newsletters)
- Test messages to Gmail and Outlook with the results shared with you
How it is rolled out safely
DMARC starts in monitoring mode so no legitimate email is blocked. Once every sender passes, we move it to quarantine or reject so impersonation is stopped.
Price: confirmed after a free 15-minute review of your domain and the services that send email for you.
Questions
Why do my emails go to spam?
Often because SPF, DKIM or DMARC are missing or wrong for your domain. We check and fix all three.
Will this stop my current emails from working?
No. DMARC starts in monitoring mode and is tightened only after every legitimate sender passes.
