Delivery

What “done” means.

You send the live URL and, if needed, a staging or admin login for the pages we will change.
We inspect on a phone and note only problems we can see. We do not invent issues.
The proposal names each fix, the price band, and the completion date.
You accept when each listed item works on a current Android or iPhone browser, and the contact route (form, WhatsApp or phone) can be used once.

Starting prices for a written Nairobi scope. Not verified market averages. If the site cannot be edited without a rebuild, we stop and quote a starter or growth website instead of forcing this offer.

Before you start

Questions, answered.

How is this different from a redesign?

Rescue changes a short, agreed list on the site you have. A redesign is a new structure and usually KES 30,000 or more. We will say which you need after looking at the URL.

What if you cannot access the site?

Then we cannot do this offer. We will say so in the first reply rather than take a deposit.

Will Google rank me higher?

We do not promise rankings. We check that contact details, mobile usability and your Google Business Profile are in usable shape.
