Plugin, CMS or static-file updates for the website we maintain.
A backup check and a note if a restore test is overdue.
Small copy or image swaps you request, within the monthly hour cap.
A short monthly health note: uptime of the public pages, failed forms we can see, and updates applied.

Not included

Staff laptops, printers, routers, or on-site visits.
Email hosting administration, Microsoft 365 tenancy, or firewall work.
Cybersecurity audits, penetration tests, ERP or accounting systems.
New pages, shops or features — those are quoted as a project.

Pricing

Hours set the band, not headcount.

KES 5,000 is a starting figure for a small brochure site with a low hour cap. Sites with shops, more editors, or a higher response target sit toward KES 15,000. The proposal states hours, response target and what rolls over.

We offer this after a WhatsApp Starter, Website Rescue, or a website we built. We will not take on a site we cannot log into and back up.
